Together with our longtime besties, Bellwood Coffee in Atlanta, we have developed a blend to encapsulate what we look for in a standout espresso. Our goal was to make it “Berry Creamy” and the selection of coffees rotates to reflect the seasonal nature of the coffee fruit. We have been drinking coffees with the Bellwood brothers for over 10 years now, and developing this blend is a culmination of our vision of the coffee world we love. We wanted it to be easy to extract and work with on a daily basis bringing a chocolate and creamy base but also shine with a fruit forward, berry note that would make it exciting on drip or as a standalone double shot. We drink this daily and I couldn’t be happier with it.
