I’ve been a fan of Alex’s mind for coffee, approach to roasting, and commitment to sourcing for a long time. We kept up on Instagram for a while chatting coffee for a long time before getting to bring Thankfully in, and I’m so glad that we have. We have brought in the lineup many times and featured his coffee on bar, but now Alex will be coming to lead the cupping and feature a lineup of his coffees on bar too!
