Love to get on your menu.” I had heard of them and people loved their offerings, but something about this message conveyed so much more to me. It felt like “our coffees are about to blow you away so we’ll keep this short” I thought “this could go one of two ways: I find my new favorite roaster or I have some extra coffee to palate train people with.” That inclination was correct: their coffee blew me away.
